Products & platforms
Platforms I conceived — and led to production.
Eight products in production across RegTech, FinTech, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, LegalTech and PropTech — each one a complete platform I conceived for a specific market, architected and directed, and that my teams built and operate for real users.
RegTech
Law 25 — AI-assisted analysis
On-device AI that locates personal information in an organization’s documents, for Québec’s Law 25
Meeting Law 25 obligations starts with knowing where personal information lives — and most organizations cannot say which of their thousands of documents hold a social insurance number, a health-card number or a medical condition. This solution finds 42 categories of personal information inside the organization’s own environment, with no cloud, no external API and no large language model.
- 42 categories of personal information detected
- 4 detectors run in parallel on every document
Law 27 psychosocial-risk platform
SaaS platform for psychosocial-risk assessment under Québec’s Law 27
Québec’s Law 27 extends employers’ prevention obligations to psychosocial risks, and a firm that runs this assessment for several client organizations needs more than a spreadsheet and a survey link. This platform runs the whole cycle — organizations, mandates, employee survey, scoring and bilingual reports with rules-based recommendations — for the firm and every organization it serves.
- 6 · 146 risk-factor modules and questions in the bilingual survey
- 337 pre-written recommendations matched by a rules engine
FinTech
FinSync
Financial integration platform — from the ERP to the consolidation platform
Every month, a multi-entity group has to pull the trial balance of each legal entity out of its ERP, apply its accounting rules and deliver a file its consolidation platform can load — a chain that used to depend on hand-maintained workflows and on the person who built them. FinSync runs that chain on a schedule, end to end: extraction, deterministic transformation, file generation, SFTP delivery and an email summary, with every step logged and every run auditable.
- 8 logged steps per run, from extraction to notification
- 3 levels of data kept per run: raw, normalized, final
InvoiceFlow
AI accounting automation for SMEs
Small businesses that run several companies receive invoices and receipts by email, by phone photo and on paper, then re-key every amount, tax and currency into a spreadsheet at month end. InvoiceFlow centralizes those documents per company, extracts the accounting fields with a multimodal model, converts foreign currencies to CAD, flags duplicates and marks anything uncertain for human review.
- 16 default expense and revenue categories per company
- 4 conditions that route a document to human review
