01Products & platforms

Platforms I conceived — and led to production.

Eight products in production across RegTech, FinTech, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, LegalTech and PropTech — each one a complete platform I conceived for a specific market, architected and directed, and that my teams built and operate for real users.

DomiSpect

AI-assisted inspection management SaaS for building inspectors

A building inspector spends the evening re-entering what was seen during the day — photos, notes, contract, invoice — under a regulatory framework and often without network on site. DomiSpect builds the file during the visit itself: from the quote to the sealed report, the client portal and the invoice, with an AI assistant that suggests and an inspector who decides.

  • < 1 h report writing per inspection, down from 4–6 hours
  • 10 · 66 sections and components in the Québec residential inspection pack

AxisOne Cloud

The modular enterprise platform: CRM, projects, billing, approvals and an integration hub, with add-ons activated per tenant

Mid-sized businesses run their accounts, projects, invoices, approvals and documents across disconnected tools, and every specialized need — bills of quantities, subcontracting, bank guarantees — adds another one. AxisOne Cloud brings them onto one multi-tenant platform: seven core modules and five add-ons that each company activates as it needs.

  • 12 modules — 7 core, 5 add-ons
  • 7 roles, each with its own navigation

Law 25 — AI-assisted analysis

On-device AI that locates personal information in an organization’s documents, for Québec’s Law 25

Meeting Law 25 obligations starts with knowing where personal information lives — and most organizations cannot say which of their thousands of documents hold a social insurance number, a health-card number or a medical condition. This solution finds 42 categories of personal information inside the organization’s own environment, with no cloud, no external API and no large language model.

  • 42 categories of personal information detected
  • 4 detectors run in parallel on every document

Law 27 psychosocial-risk platform

SaaS platform for psychosocial-risk assessment under Québec’s Law 27

Québec’s Law 27 extends employers’ prevention obligations to psychosocial risks, and a firm that runs this assessment for several client organizations needs more than a spreadsheet and a survey link. This platform runs the whole cycle — organizations, mandates, employee survey, scoring and bilingual reports with rules-based recommendations — for the firm and every organization it serves.

  • 6 · 146 risk-factor modules and questions in the bilingual survey
  • 337 pre-written recommendations matched by a rules engine

FinSync

Financial integration platform — from the ERP to the consolidation platform

Every month, a multi-entity group has to pull the trial balance of each legal entity out of its ERP, apply its accounting rules and deliver a file its consolidation platform can load — a chain that used to depend on hand-maintained workflows and on the person who built them. FinSync runs that chain on a schedule, end to end: extraction, deterministic transformation, file generation, SFTP delivery and an email summary, with every step logged and every run auditable.

  • 8 logged steps per run, from extraction to notification
  • 3 levels of data kept per run: raw, normalized, final

InvoiceFlow

AI accounting automation for SMEs

Small businesses that run several companies receive invoices and receipts by email, by phone photo and on paper, then re-key every amount, tax and currency into a spreadsheet at month end. InvoiceFlow centralizes those documents per company, extracts the accounting fields with a multimodal model, converts foreign currencies to CAD, flags duplicates and marks anything uncertain for human review.

  • 16 default expense and revenue categories per company
  • 4 conditions that route a document to human review

AEGIS DRP

Digital risk protection platform: external attack surface, brand impersonation and leaked credentials

An organization’s exposure does not stop at its firewall: look-alike domains, forgotten subdomains, expiring certificates and credentials indexed on the public web appear outside its perimeter, where nobody is watching. AEGIS DRP monitors that outside view, detects what is wrong, and lets a security team investigate and drive remediation from one place.

  • 4 detection engines: typosquatting, attack surface, brand mentions, leaked credentials
  • 21 finding types in the detection model, across 5 severity levels

Jurisync

Secure legal AI for law firms

Legal research takes hours out of a lawyer’s week, and general-purpose AI assistants answer with confidence but without sources. Jurisync gives law firms a research assistant built for the Canadian legal context: it searches recognized legal sources, cites what it finds in legal citation format, and keeps each firm’s conversations in its own isolated tenant.

  • 9 Canadian and Québec legal domains the web search is restricted to
  • 18 row-level security policies isolating each firm across 7 tables

On-device AI for personal-information detection

Professional services · Canada

  • 42 categories of personal information detected
  • 100% on-premises, private environment
  • 0 external API calls — no cloud, no LLM

Status In production

Challenge
To meet its obligations under Québec’s Law 25, a Canadian professional-services firm needed to locate personal information — social insurance numbers, health-card numbers, medical conditions, banking identifiers — across thousands of documents in its document management platform, without any document leaving its environment.
My role
Architecture and technology leadership: detection pipeline, security model, delivery of the AI component and the security-review dossier.
Business impact
42 categories of personal information detected automatically inside the client’s own environment — no cloud, no external API, no LLM. Delivered with the dossier for an independent security review by the client’s IT team.

02 GCC · Oracle Fusion Cloud

ERP data migration and restructuring for a large public-sector organization in Saudi Arabia

Large public-sector organization · Saudi Arabia · Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud

  • 5 business domains
  • 25+ Oracle modules
  • 10+ critical integrations preserved
Challenge

My role
Data migration architecture and delivery lead — migration strategy, data analysis and restructuring, validation automation — alongside SAMA Systems’ Oracle implementation team.
Business impact
Five business domains and 25+ modules mapped and migrated with automated validation instead of manual rework; national and banking integrations preserved through cutover; a migration playbook reused across Oracle programs in the Gulf.

03 AI product · Regulated inspection workflow

AI-enabled inspection platform for a regulated industry

DomiSpect · Building inspection · Québec (RBQ framework)

  • 4–6 h → under 1 h report writing per inspection
  • AI review pass before every signature
  • Offline-first built for sites without connectivity

Status Live SaaS product

Challenge
Inspectors were spending four to six hours after every visit producing a report aligned with the applicable inspection framework and sorting hundreds of photos and pieces of evidence by hand — often on sites without connectivity — while their liability required every finding to be traceable.
My role
Founder: product vision, architecture and technology leadership, from the first prototype to the live platform.
Business impact
Report writing reduced from 4–6 hours to under one hour per inspection, every finding documented and traceable — an AI-enabled product designed for a regulated inspection workflow.

05Point of view

Three convictions that shape my work.

Perspectives from delivering AI in regulated, high-stakes environments — and the topics I discuss with executives, ministries and integrators.

Sovereign AI

Sovereign AI is becoming a critical architecture option for governments, financial institutions and regulated industries where data residency, privacy and operational control are non-negotiable.

Agentic enterprise

The next gains will not come from chat interfaces but from agents that act inside ERP, CRM, identity and document systems — with guardrails, auditability and humans where it matters.

Hybrid by design

The future of enterprise AI will be hybrid. Models will increasingly become commodities; differentiated value will come from proprietary data, system integration, agentic workflows and operational execution.

Insights

Selected insights on enterprise AI.

  1. 01

Sovereign AI Architecture for Regulated Organizations

A reference architecture for organizations that cannot export their data: private models, local inference, residency boundaries, guardrails and auditability — and where a hybrid setup still makes sense.

  2. 02

From AI Assistants to AI Operators: The Rise of the Agentic Enterprise

Why the value of enterprise AI shifts from answering questions to executing processes inside systems of record — and the three non-negotiables before an agent touches one.
